ITS HERE! Yes, the first of our 3 part series of Samantha and Kevin’s wedding that we have been so excited to show everyone. Samantha and Kevin are an amazing pair. (Not to mention, I think its impossible for either of them to take a bad photo. I mean seriously, look at these two.) So we flew out to LA to shoot for 3 days at Stone Manor, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles. Stone Manor was the location of the ceremony, and a private estate in the hills of Malibu. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. It was the perfect setting for these two to begin their lives together. We worked with some amazing vendors that helped pull off this spectacular day. Beth Helmstetter was the event producer, and fantastic to work with. Flora by Fauna (florabyfauna@aol.com) ROCKED OUT all of the beautiful floral designs, and Elysium Productions was there to capture everything on film. The rehearsal dinner was at The Lobster on Santa Monica Pier. So enough chit-chat, here are some of our favorites from the shoot!
We loved being able to shoot the rehearsal dinner. It really gave us a chance to get to know their wonderful family and all of their friends!

We all took a quick walk down to the beach for the ceremony rehearsal! It was a beautiful night! We were cracking up watching the spectators try and figure out if it was the real wedding!
Mom’s face was so classic!

Meet both Kevin and Sam’s mothers! I L-O-V-E this photo!!

Samantha and Kevin stopped to pose in front the famous “Santa Monica Pier Sign”! How CUTE are these two!?

The morning of the wedding, the bride and groom began delivering gifts to each other. Samantha had written in a diary for the last few months before their wedding, and on their wedding day, gifted it to Kevin with the last entry being written the day of the wedding.

Kevin was a little choked up.

Dad helping his son look his best.

Kevin was working it out at the bar.

Sam was so relaxed the morning of the wedding.

But every once in a while, you would see just a tad of nervousness….

As soon as we arrived at Stone Manor, Samantha looked out the window and was so excited to see everything set up and ready to go!!

Kevin’s mom was overwhelmed by the sight of Samantha in her dress…

Samantha and her VERY supportive and loving ladies…

Samantha, you are just gorgeous….

Lots of thought went into every small detail of their big day. I LOVE the 360 view of the ocean! BEAUTIFUL!

The last moments before walking down the aisle…

The ceremony was emotional and sweet…

OK… So you have to look at the sword bearer’s face. All day he was SOOO worried he was going to miss. I’m just glad he successfully used the blunt side of the sword!

The cocktail hour was out in the garden where guests enjoyed appetizers from Truly Yours Catering, and, YES, once again, beautiful ocean views.

Stay tuned! There are a TON more we can’t wait to show you! I hope everyone had a great Turkey Day!
