Wow, what a day. We knew that Sarah and Ryan’s wedding would be so fun. I mean, they are both INCREDIBLY kind people who come from incredibly kind families… they were a ton of fun on the engagement session… they have a undeniably powerful love for each other… and they love to have fun! Just my kind of couple! They were married in Ashland, Kentucky, an adorable little town where they grew up. Sarah has an adorable slight southern accent that fits her perfectly!

As soon as we arrived at Sarah’s house there was a special delivery just for her. It was so sweet to watch her excitement as she opened her gift from Ryan. What made it even more incredible is that they both got each other Bible’s!

Holy beautiful bride!

It was time for the “first look.” Ryan was getting ready just down the street… so they met in the middle. I’m tellin’ ya, there’s no beating this moment. Seeing each other before the wedding gives you the chance to have a really special moment together that you can not have after the craziness of the day begins.

I have to tell you that this day was H-H-HOT! That is no exaggeration! I think the heat index was right around 100 degrees and poor Ryan was MELTING in that suit! He was such a trooper!

At one point I was seriously concerned that the harsh sun and relentless heat was going to make poor Ryan pass out! So, we went indoors where there was a little bit of air-conditioning! I love this series…

The girls were steamy too, but we still had fun!

I have to admit, I could have photographed this girly all day long…
